I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved son Michael RUDYSILL all this my plantation and Tract of Land and Tenement whereon I now live to him and heirs and assigns forever after he is of age of twenty-one years. Which land I value at the sum of two hundred pounds which money I will to be paid Yearly among the said Michael and all my children the sum of Twenty Pounds Dill said Two Hundred Pounds is paid. ...I will that all of the rest of my estate shall be divided equally among all my children share and share alike. But my daughter Catrina shall have one pound five shillings less than any of the other children... I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Susanna the third of all my moveables... I nominate, make and appoint my beloved and trusted friends Adam SIMON, Kuhn and Michael IMMELL Executors. Signed: twenty third day of September 1755.

BIOGRAPHY: Philip RUDISILE emigrated with child, George Philip, from Wei ler-am-Stein, Germany to Philadelphia, arriving 21 Sep 1727 on ship: WILLIAM & SARAH. His name appears on the ship's manifest as "Filib RUTSCHLY. (RHINELAND EMIGRANTS by Don YODER 1981). Philip settled in Manheim Twp. and attended TRINITY LUTHERAN Church in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

RUDISILL FAMILY CEMETERY records show: Deed FF-570 traces the land from Philip, the elder, (bought it 1748 from Jacob BYERLY); Will (B1-112) to son (John) "Michael", who in 1824 gave to his son, Philip, as shown by Deed U-6-184. This deed also notes the family cemetery to be cared for. Issue known of these 3 men Philip, d: 1755 Melchior (Will 1-394) Jacob Barbara w/o Christopher STECK aka Stophel STAKE Anna, w/Adam BRENNER Catharine w/o Henry SHENK Susanna w/o Jacob METZGAR (John) "Michael" Michael, d: 1829: Michael George Martin Jacob Philip Philip, d: 1850 Sarah w/o Abraham EBERLY Michael Catherine w/o Abraham LANDIS Anna Maria John This cemetery is shown on the 1864 Atlas, but not 1875 of 1899 of Lancaster Co., Manheim Twp., Pennsylvania. Interestingly, the STECH children listed in burials of TRINITY LUTHERAN Church are all buried in a private cemetery.

BURIAL: No cemetery is noted for Catharine RUDISILL and could not find burial record for Philip d: 1755 or his wife, Susanna, 1768.
